Sealers:

Deep Seal

Deep Seal is a durable twin pack urethane sealer with extra stain resistance. Deep Seal penetrates and bonds with the tile thereby strengthening, sealing and protecting the tile from wear and tear. Deep Seal is suitable for low to medium porosity tiles (e.g. terracotta, slate, marble, granite, porcelain). Deep Seal enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to matt/sheen finish; a gloss may be achieved by over coating with Maxi Shine – interior only. Deep Seal may be used for interior and exterior applications.

Easy Seal

Easy Seal is a special and uniquely formulated sealer designed to seal most types of porous tiles. Easy Seal is a penetrating water based sealer that uses the best properties of silicones and acrylics to protect the tile from most stains. With Easy Seal you may wash and seal your tiles on the same day provided the tile has dried sufficiently to allow the sealer to penetrate. Easy Seal is D.I.Y. friendly.
Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Grout Seal

Grout Seal is a specially formulated sealer for sealing and protecting grout that is porous. In cases where glazed tiles have been applied to the floor, very often the grout has not been made waterproof and therefore the grout is porous and will get dirty from regular cleaning. Grout Seal is designed to seal floor grout mainly but may be used on wall grout. By sealing the grout you help to make the area more hygienic.
Available in 1L packs only.

HP Sealer

HP Sealer is a durable twin pack urethane sealer with extra stain resistance. HP Sealer has been thickened to make it suitable for very porous substrates. HP Sealer penetrates and bonds with the tile thereby strengthening, sealing and protecting the tile from wear and tear. HP Sealer is suitable for low to medium porosity tiles (e.g. terracotta, slate, marble, granite, porcelain). HP Sealer enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to matt/sheen finish; (a gloss may be achieved by over coating with Maxi Shine – interior only). HP Sealer may be used interior and exterior.

Invisible Sealer

Invisible Sealer is an invisible clear silicone sealer that will maintain the natural look of the tile. Invisible Sealer may be used LOW POROSITY tiles only (e.g. low porosity terracotta, granite, marble and porcelain), and will repel water and most oils. Invisible Sealer is suitable for interior and exterior applications. Invisible Sealer penetrates into the tile and therefore maintains the anti-slip factors of the tile.
Available in following sizes 1L, 5L, 25L, and 200L.

Paving Sealer

Paving Sealer is a special and uniquely formulated sealer designed to seal all types of paving (clay & concrete). Paving Sealer is a penetrating water based sealer that uses the best properties of silicones and acrylics to protect the paver from most stains. Paving Sealer penetrates the paver and therefore maintains the anti-slip and natural properties of the paver. Paving Sealer is D.I.Y. friendly. Paving Sealer may be used for interior and exterior applications and is UV stable.

Shower Seal

Shower Sealer is a clear solvent based treatment specially designed to seal the grout and cement on the inside of a shower. This prevents moisture traveling into the wall and causing damp wall problems. Shower Sealer prevents the grout from collecting dirt and mildew, resulting in a more hygienic environment. Shower Sealer will not damage the tiles or result in any colour change to the grout, tile and cement. Shower Sealer is safe to use on all types of tiles. One container is generally enough to seal a standard size shower. Simply aim and spray into the grout lines and wipe off any excess with a dry cloth.

Top Seal

Top Seal is a tough and durable surface sealer that protects a tiles surface from wear and tear. Top Seal may be used on terracotta, slate, cement, and vinyl tiles. Top Seal is used whenever protection from traffic is required. Top Seal is easy to apply and will quickly dry to a gloss finish. Top Seal is suitable for interior and exterior application.

Adhesives:

TILES can be laid either by using the adhesive paste method (if the floor screed already exists – for instance if a carpet has been lifted), or by the wet screed method (if the floor has not yet been laid – usually in new buildings).

Mazista lays tiles with a cement-based tile adhesive. This is sold in 20 kg bags and can cover 2,5 m² per bag. However, it is preferable to use a flexible adhesive when using tiles outdoors or tiles with underfloor heating (Goldstar 6), because this allows movement underneath the tiles when it expands and contracts with heat and cold.
