Correct installation will provide the perfect natural stone floor

TILES can be laid either by using the adhesive paste method (if the floor screed already exists – for instance if a carpet has been lifted), or by the wet screed method (if the floor has not yet been laid – usually in new buildings).

Mazista lays tiles with a cement-based tile adhesive. This is sold in 20 kg bags and can cover 2,5 m² per bag. However, it is preferable to use a flexible adhesive when using tiles outdoors or tiles with underfloor heating (Goldstar 6), because this allows movement underneath the tiles when it expands and contracts with heat and cold.
