Decra roof tiles are completely weatherproof in the most corrosive and aggressive environments. The tough and colour-fast coating contains real stone chip from volcanic deposits in New Zealand.

Decra’s strong, lightweight design saves costs in many ways. As the tiles weigh only 7 kg per m², roof structures are lighter and less expensive. Installation is easier and quicker than with many other materials. Transport is much cheaper. And there is very little breakage or wastage. Decra is SABS certified, British Board of Agrement and ISO9001, among many other international certifications.

Super-tough material

Decra’s Zincalume® aluminium and zinc coated steel base material lasts up to nine times as long as ordinary galvanised products. A super tough baked polymer acrylic coating prevents micro-cracking, even when the tile is bent 90 degrees. The underside of the tile is also protected with a clear acrylic resin.

Hurricane resistant

Exceptional strength and wind resistance make Decra roofs suitable for high wind zones. The Construction Research Laboratory in Miami reported zero leakage and zero uplift at hurricane-strength wind speeds of over 160 km/h
combined with 200 mm of rain per hour.

Fire-proof design

Decra shingle tiles comply with the world’s most stringent fire standards. The interlocking fastening system also prevents wind-blown embers from penetrating between tiles and entering the roof space.

Intrusion resistant

The interlocking design and unique horizontal fastening system prevent intruders from gaining access through the roof.

Unique aesthetic options

Decra roofing is available in a choice of three styles and eleven colours. The unique 3-dimensional profile and subtle two-tone finish combine to give the roof depth and texture.

50-year warranty
